Key Performance Areas:
- Manage attendance records and address unreported absences.
- Track and validate overtime claims and acting allowances for payroll processing.
- Oversee HR inbox for timely responses and resolve discrepancies per site procedure.
- Compile weekly reports on overtime, leave forms, and time sheets.
- Ensure accurate leave tracking, supporting SAP and acting as backup for leave entries.
- Facilitate Fixed Term Contract processes and maintain employee role profiles.
- Support scheduling and completion tracking for Employee Self-Service (ESS) training.
- Process entries on BesTime for accurate payroll.
Requirements
- Education: National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Experience: 3 years or more experience of Human Resources administration in unionized FMCG/manufacturing.
- Knowledge: Strong payroll process understanding; SAP experience preferred.
- Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency; BesTime knowledge is advantageous.
