Qualification Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant suitable degree.
  • 6 to 8 years HR Business partnering experience.
  • Extensive experience in working with unions, including managing pay negotiations and other union-related matters.
  • Experience in employee life cycle processes.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering within an HR shared services model.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and processes, with the ability to implement strategic initiatives that drive organisational performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, capable of building influential relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding them through complex challenges.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, adept at managing change and driving employee engagement.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, using people insights to shape strategies and support business growth.
  • Experience in employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient & broad understanding of HR systems, processes, and 3rd party providersProject management skills
  • Project management skills
