Qualification Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant suitable degree.
- 6 to 8 years HR Business partnering experience.
- Extensive experience in working with unions, including managing pay negotiations and other union-related matters.
- Experience in employee life cycle processes.
- Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering within an HR shared services model.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and processes, with the ability to implement strategic initiatives that drive organisational performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, capable of building influential relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding them through complex challenges.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, adept at managing change and driving employee engagement.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, using people insights to shape strategies and support business growth.
- Experience in employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient & broad understanding of HR systems, processes, and 3rd party providersProject management skills
