Minimum Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology/Business Administration with at least 8 years relevant human capital experience, of which five (5) years must be at middle management level. A valid driver’s license is a prerequisite.
- A post graduate qualification or an MBA/MBL and Registration with relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Manager – Corporate Services, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing human capital strategies, policies, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Supporting and advising the organisation on Change Management initiatives in order to address the organizational culture Champion the development of a human capital pipeline in partnership with Managers in order to attract, develop and retain the best talent in support of sustainability of the organisation
- Conduct workforce analysis, determining optimum staff requirements and design of the organizational structure that maximizes synergies across functions to support the approved strategic plan
- Ensuring that the job analysis is conducted in order to develop job descriptions and competency profiles to facilitate human capital planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, job evaluation and structure design as well as career planning
- Developing and implementing a learning and development strategy to identify skills and competency (gap analysis) based on the human capital and organizational strategy Managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Monitoring and provide guidance on the implementation of the organization disciplinary and grievance handling procedure so as to ensure speedy resolution of the cases
- Empowering Managers and employees on policies to ensure compliance with applicable employment conditions, safety and health issues Ensuring compliance with all LNW’s policies and procedures, code of ethics.
