• Our successful IT Systems Supporters:
• Attend to internal customer requests for support, manage resolutions, and maintain incident reports.
• Conduct daily IT operations, including thorough handovers between shifts and accurate documentation.
• Ensure system availability and backups through diligent and timeous maintenance.
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (NQF 4)
• IT-related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, IT diploma/degree)
• Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)
• Numeracy skills (NQF 4)
• At least one year’s experience in a similar position
