Requirements:
- A recognized three-year National Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Computer Science /Information Technology/Information Systems.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in public sector ICT technical support.
- Knowledge of different Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office 365, including Microsoft Teams and One-drive.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft e-mail system, Mimecast email archiving and security system, Service Manager and Server Virtualization.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi systems.
- Experience in Microsoft technology platforms.
- Knowledge of anti-virus systems and operating system updates.
- Experience in hardware and software deployment, configuration and support.
- A valid Drivers’ license.

- Implementation and monitoring of ICT infrastructure support processes and procedures.
- Implementation and monitoring of ICT projects.
- Compiling monthly infrastructure reports.
