You must have the following: 

• Degree in Data Science or related field.
• 3+ years experience in IT management with prior experience in data analytics and project management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and security best practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications:

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications.
• Data analytics certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).
• Data-related certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer).

Your overall responsibilities will be as follows: 
Technology Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and member experience.
• Identify and design technology roadmaps, transformation plans, and digital solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative technology solutions to keep the company ahead.

IT Infrastructure & Security

• Ensure IT systems run smoothly, securely, and integrate seamlessly with business operations.
• Manage IT infrastructure, software, and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Oversee cyber awareness, data governance, and compliance with IT policies and regulations.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms.
• Oversee the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and recommend business improvements.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance digital capabilities.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Budget & Compliance

• Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective and value-driven investments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMS, MSA, BHF).
• Maintain proper documentation and governance for all IT projects and initiatives.
