Company Description

• The purpose of the role is for the BA to execute work according to IIBA best practices, agile product delivery, and lean principles based on clients’ delivery approach as per the BA methods, frameworks, standards, tools, techniques, competencies and practices.

Job Description

• Iterative and Adaptive Planning: Estimate, organize, and coordinate BA efforts on large/complex enterprise initiatives.
• Requirements Analysis and Design: Structure, organize, specify, and model requirements and designs.
• Requirements Life Cycle Management: Manage and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement.
• Solution Evaluation: Assess the performance and value delivered by a solution, and eliminate barriers/constraints.
• Strategy Analysis: Define future and transition states to address business needs and scope of the solution.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years working experience as BA
• 3-5 years working in an Agile Environment
• Faculty Training Institute – BA Qualification
• Certificate in BA endorsed by IIBA
• SAFe Certification
