Job Responsibilities:
- We book repairs.
- Add new appliances to the plan.
- Cancel a plan if cm no longer has the appliance/if it’s Dual Cover.
- Renew lapsed plans within 30 days If fixed term only, requote if system not allowing renewal after 30 days of renewal due date.
- Deescalate complaints and if there is detriment caused towards customer(financial/ material inconvenience/ Material Distress) we can then log a complaint. If there’s one open and customer has not been contacted in 5 days or more, we can provide them with the complaints external contact number.
- Provide great cm experience as the first line of contact in the whole company.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 or a relevant equivalent qualification
- Min 12 months International Outbound/ Inbound sales & Service, Retentions, Upselling experience
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Soft Skills
- Sales Ability (comfortable with handling objections, building rapport, needs analysis)
- Customer centricity
- Attention to detail, so the conversation is correctly captured and actioned.
- Ability to multitask.
