So, what will you do?  

  • As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for iKhokha and, contributing to the expansion of our customer base. Yip, that means selling our super slick card machines! 
  • Your key responsibilities will include not only closing sales but also elevating our customer experience to new heights. 

In addition to the above, you will:  

  • Make cold sales calls from databases and/or lists/referrals. 
  • Sales calls from warm leads from various marketing channels and activities. 
  • Ensuring daily KPI’s are met. 
  • Talk time and dials are met daily. 
  • SLA’s are met for every client. 
  • Ensuring all applications are complete and submitted timeously. 
  • Liaising with clients and other departments within the business to ensure the clients is serviced timeously. 
  • Communication with all clients on all platforms are done timeously. 

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric/Grade 12 

 Deal Breakers:  

  • 1 – 2 years call centre experience. 
  • 2 – 4 years sales experience. 
  • Business to business sales expertise. 
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in  Microsoft Applications. 
  • Experience in using a CRM tool. 
  • Previous exposure to Hubspot will be advantageous.
