So, what will you do? 

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for iKhokha and, contributing to the expansion of our customer base. Yip, that means selling our super slick card machines!

Your key responsibilities will include not only closing sales but also elevating our customer experience to new heights.

In addition to the above, you will:

  • Make cold sales calls from databases and/or lists/referrals.
  • Sales calls from warm leads from various marketing channels and activities.
  • Ensuring daily KPI’s are met.
  • Talk time and dials are met daily.
  • SLA’s are met for every client.
  • Ensuring all applications are complete and submitted timeously.
  • Liaising with clients and other departments within the business to ensure the clients is serviced timeously.
  • Communication with all clients on all platforms are done timeously.

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric/Grade 12.

Deal Breakers: 

  • 1 – 2 years call centre experience.
  • 2 – 4 years sales experience.
  • Business to business sales expertise.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in  Microsoft Applications.
  • Experience in using a CRM tool.
  • Previous exposure to Hubspot will be advantageous.
