Industrial Engineer _ Coricraft – Epping Factory needed at TFG

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement
• Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste
• Improve the efficiency of each production process
• Evaluate employee’s tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity
• Performance Management
• Continuous improvement
• Standard time management
• Designing and developing production layouts for a Factory to increase productivity and quality standards.
• Maintaining of all implemented LEAN systems
• Managing setting of standard times
• Implementation of continuous improvement projects 

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Master’s degree advantageous
• Areas of study: industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering and civil engineering
• Furniture Manufacturing experience advantageous
