Information Compliance Consultant needed at LabourNet

• We are currently looking for an Information Compliance Consultant to assist clients in implementing POPIA, PAIA and CPA compliance, providing support for day-to-day compliance related queries and maintaining a solid relationship with clients.

You are responsible for

• Inclusive of, but not limited to:
• Maintain relationship with clients to ensure retention
• Implementation of POPIA, PAIA and CPA compliance 
• Engagement with the Information Regulator as and when required
• Keeping abreast of current industry, legislative and client- related knowledge in line with POPI, PAIA and other relevant legislation
• Handling client queries and disputes

Qualifications:

You’ll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

• 1 – 2 years’ previous experience in business compliance, POPIA, PAIA or CPA 
• A relevant Level 6 Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Risk Management / Compliance / Legal or Industrial Relations/Business/Human Resource
• 2 years’ experience in an administration role
• Working knowledge of POPIA & PAIA would be advantageous
• Experience in implementing compliance would be advantageous
