Key Responsibility Areas
- Supervises general civil engineering works of wastewater nature.
- Checks submissions of sewer connections and on site sewage management.
- Enforces the relevant sewage disposal/building by-laws.
- Liaises with relevant building inspectorate with respect to sewer connections and building plan applications relating to sewerage.
- Liaises with the public with respect to applications made or other queries raised.
- Liaises with other Departmental/Units, the public, consultants, private developers and Councillors.
Essential Requirements
- Trade Tested Artisan (Plumber or Mainlaying or Bricklayer).
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 4 years relevant post apprenticeship experience.
- Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements
- 5 years relevant post apprenticeship experience.
