As the successful candidate, you will:
- Have a good working knowledge of industry and regulatory piping codes and standards which includes pressure equipment regulations for the jurisdiction
- Be able to prepare design calculations and documentation, reports, material take offs, piping specifications, piping datasheets (material class specification, manual valve and special piping items)
- Produce design deliverables including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
You bring to the role:
- 3+ years Piping Engineering experience with process plant or mining or copper concentration or flotation experience
- BSc/B.Eng degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Registration as a Candidate Engineer with ECSA
- Good working knowledge of the applicable codes and standards of ASME
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
