Main Purpose of Job

• Support the WorldImpact team to embed the firms Volunteerism policy to achieve the target of impacting 14 million lives by 2030.

Key Performance Area

Strategic Impact

• Support the co-ordination and management of Social Impact partners
• Support the annual Volunteer Day PMO
• Monitoring and Evaluation: providing reporting on a monthly basis on volunteerism and pro-bono activities
• Team-oriented with ability to work collaboratively and independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Business related degree

• Postgraduate degree

Experience

• 3-year consultant level with experience in multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong project management experience
• Strong understanding of the role of business in society
• Analytical and research experience

Desired Experience

• Experience in project management within a multi-national organisation, engaging with multiple stakeholders.
