International Operations Specialist needed at International SOS

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert operational and logistical support for client assistance requests
• Probe and clarify client needs to ensure accurate and timely solutions
• Coordinate medical, security, and travel arrangements using internal and external resources
• Document all case details accurately in our systems
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously with urgency and precision
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
• Escalate cases promptly according to company protocols
• Prepare comprehensive billing information and cost estimates
• Seek and act on customer feedback to improve service quality
• Promote International SOS values and maintain a safe, collaborative work environment

• Prior experience in emergency and case management is highly preferred

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric (Grade 12) required; tertiary education preferred
• 1–2 years in logistics or customer service
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
