Role purpose
- Provide advice, administration, support and responses necessary to assist in maintaining the ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems in accordance with standard requirements and QA policies in order to maintain an effective up-to-date QA system. Focused approach on saving time and costs, meeting all customer needs and expectations by complying with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Support QA efforts according to ISO 9001:2015 and Bayer QA standards with a focused approach on compliance
- Coordinate ISO9001:2015 management system
- Control and prepare QMS documents (In accordance with ISO standards)
- Document verification, control and sign off
- Control documentation by keeping an updated distribution list and keep a revision schedule for all documents
- Coordinate, evaluate, and assist in developing action plans and implementation of quality management system (QMS)
- Maintain and control quality of the ISO 9001:2015 and follow up of quality issues
- Provide an understanding of the requirements of the new ISO 9001:2015 standard and its continual impact on the system and auditing process
- Select appropriate quality and certification requirements
- Ensure policy and procedure documents are established and implemented in order to comply with relevant standards requirements and regular review of procedures
- Monitor and ensure that the quality assurance and quality control policies and systems are adhered to
- On-going management of Quality systems, processes, procedures and database
- Ensure communication and liaison with relevant parties and stakeholders
- Assist Plan and conduct internal and external Quality Assurance audits
- Coordinate and host audits and inspections
- Respond to and develop corrective and preventative actions for audit observations
- Assist with follow-up on audits
- Develop and monitor corrective action lists to address shortfalls and improvements
- Assist to schedule and coordinate internal training and competency
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Certification / Diploma in ISO9001:2008
- Certification / Diploma in ISO19011:2011 Internal Auditing
- Certification / Diploma in Project Management (Preferable)
- Computer Skills Including experienced Microsoft office usage
- 2 ~ 4 Years actual field experience
- Good inter-relations skills (team worker, positive attitude, prepared to work with diverse people)
- Strict timelines, effective Time Management
- Capable to quickly adapt to new technologies and process improvement changes
- Intelex proficiency (Quality)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to manage change and risk
- Customer focused approach
- Able to work under pressure and still meet the deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills; Able to forge internal customer and external supplier relationships
- Ability to comply with existing or quickly adapt to new processes within the organization.
