Job Description

• Our Client, a leader in Network Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
• In this role, you will be servicing an existing customer base across KZN.
• Our client is specifically looking for Candidates that come from a Technically hands-on Network Engineering background where you are able to talk tech to your customers and be able to upsell technical solutions

Preferable experience:

• Product sales focused qualifications such as Microsoft MS-900, SC-900, AZ-900, product certifications or other software/product certificates
• Technical solution implementation certifications.
• Experience or certifications pertaining to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, IT security, IT data protection, Wireless and LAN networks or servers and computers

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Relevant IT Certifications
• At least 2 years’ as a Field Technician with a year’ in Account/ Customer Management
• A reliable vehicle and drivers’ license
