Key Responsibilities
- Establish project governance and manage full project lifecycle in line with PM methodology
- Lead business case development and ensure delivery aligns with approved scope and value
- Oversee vendor engagement, procurement, and contract management
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Drive Agile implementation—set up sprints, lead ceremonies, and track delivery metrics
- Ensure seamless handover from project delivery to operational support
Skills & Experience Required
- 7+ years managing large-scale IT projects
- Proven track record in infrastructure or technical project delivery
- Strong Agile experience, including Scrum team leadership and tool usage (e.g. JIRA)
- In-depth knowledge of payment solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills
