Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams on both functional and technical requirements
- Drive the development of Java-based enterprise applications
- Progress reporting and regular updates to project management and stakeholders
- Integrate with service gateways and perform API integration
- Utilize and support development within the Sapiens IDIT platform
Tech Skills We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with Core Java, EJB, JSP, Servlets, and Web Services (REST & SOAP)
- Solid understanding of MVC patterns, JDBC, and RESTful architecture
- Hands-on experience with SQL & MSSQL databases
- Proficiency in Git and experience with IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse
- Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
- Deep understanding of OOP principles and design/architectural patterns
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with the Sapiens IDIT Application
- Proven leadership experience in coordinating development teams
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
