Job Description

• An innovative personal care company based in Capricorn Park – Muizenberg is looking for an experienced, driven, and self-motivated Finance Administrator.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Reconciliation and processing of bank accounts
• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, Tax and VAT filling 
• Reconciliation debtors and creditors
• Posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions
• Skilled on general ledger accounts, financial statements, and data entry

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• MUST HAVE THE ability to manage time and work to strict deadlines.
• Proven 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Computer Literate – MS Office and Excel
• Xero and Cin7 software packages would be an advantage 
• Accountable & Responsible
• Very strong communication skills
• Good telephone ethical
• Able to perform other duties set by company management… (Can-do attitude!)
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.

Benefits

• Salary :  R10 – R16k depending on experience
