Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to JSE listing requirements and regulatory standards.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering high-quality financial and regulatory reports.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance.
• Equity Sponsorship Analysis: Support in evaluating equity transactions and conducting detailed analyses.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, regulatory compliance, or equity markets.
