- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in Xero would be preferable
Duties:
- Entering daily financial transactions into accounting software
- Issuing invoices and processing payments
- Payment of suppliers
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Credit Card reconciliation with supporting documents
- Organising and filing financial documents and receipts
- Gathering documentation and assisting in preparing VAT returns and tax submissions
- Liaise with external accountants
