Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders daily and manage relevant ordering systems.
- Complete procurement and warehouse procedures efficiently.
- Handle PO and sales queries, track deliveries, and communicate shipping updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain stock levels and manage risk for out-of-stock items.
- Assist with master data management, including product creation, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to forecast demand and support purchasing decisions.
- Maintain pricing and rental period information on ERP systems.
- Ensure website product information aligns with master data and pricing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of procurement experience.
- Degree or diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (advantageous).
- Valid EC driver’s license and own transport.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
