Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Develop and maintain a great relationship with his/her clients
- Manage and resolve all service-related queries from clients via email and telephone
- Conduct regular budget review and adjust payment plan
- Assist the client in completing the debt counseling process
- Maintain/improve retention ratio, PDA ratio, and aftercare fee ratio

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (National Diploma or Degree is an advantage),
- 1 year of Client Service experience in the financial or Credit industries (Advantage)
- Clear credit and criminal record
