Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage the service desk, ensuring efficient ticket logging and resolution.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT documentation and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Provide basic IT training and ensure compliance with security policies.
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of IT helpdesk or technical support experience.
- Proven experience in first-line IT support and service desk management.
- A+ Certification and Matric qualification required.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory.
