  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage the service desk, ensuring efficient ticket logging and resolution.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain IT documentation and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Provide basic IT training and ensure compliance with security policies.

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of IT helpdesk or technical support experience.
  • Proven experience in first-line IT support and service desk management.
  • A+ Certification and Matric qualification required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory.
