Junior Manager Fuel & Convenience needed at KAL Group

Minimum Requirements

• NQF 5 Diploma
• 3 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity
• Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
• Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge POS systems

• Maintain proper stock control, i.e. stock counts and reconciliations

• Ability to supervise a high impact team and collaborate with different stakeholders

• Assist with the automation/optimization of digital processes and inventory control platforms
• Assist with the development consumer-facing content across a variety of segments to publicise the company’s products & brands
