Technical Requirements :

  • Matric
  • A minimum of 3 years Management experience in a call centre environment
  • Proven track record (Advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent communication skills and sound understanding of the International Market
  • Clear Criminal record
