Junior Marketer (Whole Goods) needed at TWK Agri

Job Description

• TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Marketer (Whole Goods) within the Trade Division at Bethal, Mpumalanga.

 Responsibilities and Duties 

• Sales and marketing of agricultural products including tractors and implements
• Advise customers and market/sell products
• Research, study and assess current marketing trends
• Analyse competitors products and market trends
• Create appropriate marketing strategies for products
• Find prospective customers/clients and new target segment
• Process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring the clients approval
• Up-sell and cross-sell new products or services to existing customers
• Contact prospective customers and provide them with information on the company and the products / services provided
• General administration
• Customer care and satisfaction – daily visits to key customers and potential new customers
• Grow the TWK client base

Qualifications and Skills 

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Valid drivers’ license
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing of agricultural products to customers/farmers
• Knowledge of agricultural products 
• Must be a dynamic and self-motivated individual
• Be professional
• Be passionate about sales and marketing
• Have customer service expertise
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound product knowledge and selling skills
• Willing to travel
