RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct research to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data.
• Implement and manage the Deep Customer Understanding Process by gathering in-depth knowledge of the needs, wants, and challenges of our target audience.
• Development, implementation and managing of the company’s brand strategy (our promise) to grow JUPIDEX into a recognizable and trusted name in the industry.
• Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
• Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership ie. “Where We Play”.
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion.
• Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, advertising and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
• Administration, Inventory Management and Control.
• Present and promote products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Website Maintenance and Queries.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelors in Graphic Design / Marketing / Communications

Experience:

• Market communications and design / marketing experience
• Knowledge of WordPress Website design
• Social Media Marketing
• Adobe Suite or Coral Draw Experience
• Min: 3 years experience.
