Main responsibilities:

  • Managing and centralizing the customer relationship as key point of contact for Sub-Saharan Africa, promoting and coordinating all additional product for the mineral industry.
  • Develop and extend our customer portfolio.
  • Align a common strategy for Mineral vertical in line with our HO Vertical division
  • Detect new opportunities on sea and land service developments.
  • Become an expert on the Mineral and mining industry with the complete understanding of this commodity to master the logistic chain of transportation within a growing economy.

Main tasks of the KAM :

  • Customer relationship management
  • Recording of customer requirements regarding the modification of products and services
  • Responsibility for key account-related turnover/performances.
  • Cooperation with the product development area
  • Presentation of new products and services
  • Complaint management
  • Be aware of customer goals
  • Be well informed about markets, products, industries and technical developments
  • Provide information about the quality of products and processes.
  • Work out new market strategies.
  • Analyse and show sales potential.
  • Optimize the price-performance ratio.
