- Undertake Cadastral Surveys
- Undertake Engineering and Photogrammetric Surveys
- Co-ordinates and executes professional and technical applications to complete subdivisional designs

- Act as a consultant and project leader for complex and extensive surveys for major projects
- Undertake Cadastral Surveys in terms of the Land Survey Act
- Undertake Engineering and Photogrammetric Surveys
- Co-ordinates and executes professional and technical applications to complete subdivisional designs
- Provide land legal advice and opinions
- Guide, train and develop technical personnel understanding of land surveying principles and applications
- Participates in consultative forums and exchanges views/ opinions and information on complex land survey, land information and land legal issues
- Provide a professional land surveying service to clients on issues relating to certificates, notices and conversion of survey data between different co-ordinate systems
- Oversee survey work undertaken by Draughtspersons
Essential Requirements
Land Surveyor 36004738
- Bachelor of Science Degree (NQF Level 8) in Land Surveying or equivalent and must be a registered Professional Land Surveyor with registration to practice in South Africa.
- Must be registered as a Sectional Title Practitioner and satisfies the requirements of Section 5(2) of The Sectional Titles Act
- Valid motor vehicle driving license
- 5 years post registration experience with the South African Geomatics Council
