Laserfiche DMS Engineer needed at Stonehage Fleming

OVERALL PURPOSE 

• The overall purpose of this position is to build, implement and maintain new features with Laserfiche DMS as well as developing other Laserfiche components. The role might also include work with the rest of the Laserfiche suite such as Forms.

PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Build, test and deploy features in Laserfiche DMS
• Optimise existing processes for efficiency
• Work with the Business Systems Team in testing the integrity of DMS features during system upgrades
• Work with the Data Team to define and build the required underlying data sets and SQL connections
• Assist and adding additional User Experience elements on top of the Laserfiche DMS
• Support the Business in their daily use of Laserfiche DMS.
• Manage documents migration projects with the support of the Business
• Support other IT Engineers in managing Laserfiche DMS requests and issues
• Create and update the technical documentation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with SQL based queries
• Experience in developing, deploying and rolling out Laserfiche DMS based workflows is a plus
• Experience maintaining Document Management Systems is a plus
• Experience in developing, deploying and maintaining other Laserfiche applications is a plus

• English at business level

• Experience in planning, creating and implementing workflow processes and working procedures (Business procedures) would be an advantage
