Lead, Business Solutions needed at Exxaro Resources

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc (Hons) Information Systems Techn (Essential/Minimum)
• BSc (Hons) Relevant (Essential/Minimum)
• Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate ITIL Foundation (Essential/Minimum)

EXPERIENCE:

• 8-10 years Relevant experience in Information Technology solution design and delivery, preferably in a diverse set of roles (e.g. programmer, business analyst, architect, project manager) with proven business aptitude in one or more relevant business area (e.g. Plant, Mining, Business Intelligence) Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on business solutions, Software Development Life Cycle, ERP systems, and operational technology. 
• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and programs, with a strong track record of delivery.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners. – Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and systems, with experience in identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with SAP solutions, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT. – Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (Essential/Minimum) Operational

REQUIREMENTS:

• COBIT 5 Foundation (Recommended/Desirable)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
