Lead Product Manager needed at IQbusiness

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of key product initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, user-centric thinking, and technical understanding. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new opportunities.
• Translate company objectives into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales).
• Act as the primary product advocate and communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to leadership.
• Partner with executives to ensure alignment and influence strategic product decisions.

Product Planning & Execution

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring prioritization based on business value and customer needs.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Review product performance, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvements post-launch.

Customer & Market Focus

• Deeply understand customer needs through interviews, analytics, and usage data.
• Champion customer empathy, ensuring user experience is central to product design.
• Work with UX teams to create intuitive, impactful user experiences.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide product decisions.
• Track and analyze product metrics to measure success and identify improvement areas.
