KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define talent development strategies that support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Lead and Execute Talent Development initiatives from HQ
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities across various departments and job roles.
- Develop a comprehensive talent development roadmap that includes various learning modalities, such as workshops, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and more.
- Create and oversee the development of engaging and relevant training content that caters to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
- Utilize instructional design principles to ensure the effectiveness of training materials, activities, and assessments.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver specialized training sessions and
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the
- Implement initiatives that encourage self-directed learning, knowledge sharing, and peer-to- peer learning.
- Leverage technology and innovative learning tools to enhance the learning experience for
- Develop and implement methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of talent development programs on individual and organizational performance.
- Collect and analyze data to measure learning outcomes, skill improvements, and the application of newly acquired knowledge in the workplace.
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and senior management to identify talent development needs and align initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate the benefits and objectives of talent development programs to employees and stakeholders, fostering engagement and participation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent development and learning methodologies.
- Integrate innovative approaches to keep the organization’s talent development strategies current and effective.

- Coordinating and submission of the WSP & ATR
- Adhoc duties.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful talent development
- 5+ years’ experience as HR, Training Specialist or L&D Level or higher.
- Possess strong verbal and written communications
- Proficiency in Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of BCEA, LRA, EE, Skills Development Act & South African tax laws
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Agile and Flexible
