What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll lead the charge on all things testing—owning the full testing lifecycle across cutting-edge software and data platforms.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, strategies, and scripts aligned with business needs and technical specs.
• Perform a wide range of testing: functional, regression, system, integration, SIT, smoke testing, and more.
• Craft requirement traceability matrices (RTMs), track defects, and create high-impact daily, weekly, and test summary reports.
• Deep-dive into data migration, validation, cleansing, and mismatch identification.
• Write complex SQL queries.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and UAT teams.
• Use Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, and Box to document, manage, and communicate test processes effectively.
• Contribute to agile projects with a strong working knowledge of iterative development and agile ceremonies.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full software testing life cycle.
• Proven expertise in SQL scripting and data warehousing/ETL testing.
• Strong skills in test case design, documentation, and defect tracking using tools like Jira and Zephyr.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• A curious mind, a commitment to quality, and the confidence to take the lead.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in large-scale data-driven projects
