Overview

• A learnership is a work-based learning programme that leads to a qualification that is registered in the National Qualifications Framework. Learnerships are directly related to an occupation or field of work, for example or office administration.
• Projects are diverse in their nature, so a wide range of skills is required to manage them.
• This qualification provides the foundation for an individual in an organisation to plan, implement and manage projects successfully.
• Learners will acquire the specific skills to be an effective project team member, undertake a range of project management administration or support tasks and contribute to the planning and execution of projects or sub-projects.
• It is designed for people working in a project environment as a team member, project administrator or leader of a small project/sub-project.
