Organizational Assessment & Training Evaluation

Learning Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to the development of organizational training strategies aligned with business goals, fostering long-term growth and a competitive edge.
  • Incorporate local and functional business priorities into learning and development plans.
  • Design learning offerings that support the creation of a highly professional, agile, and successful organization with long-term potential.

Deployment & Resource Allocation

  • Ensure learning programs are delivered in a timely and relevant manner by tracking their implementation and pivoting as needed.
  • Set high standards for execution excellence, integrating learning initiatives into daily business activities for maximum impact.
  • Allocate resources wisely to ensure critical learning elements are well-supported and budgeted for.
  • Monitor budgets to ensure cost-effective use of company resources.

 Training & Development Platform Design and Continuous Development

  • Design, test, and implement tailored training solutions based on organizational assessments and transformation stages.
  • Continuously seek new learning solutions by monitoring trends in local and international markets.
  • Streamline processes for selecting, assessing, and collaborating with training providers.
  • Encourage collaboration across different teams and markets to promote the sharing of standard methodologies.

Transformation Support

  • Build platforms for new ways of working, sharing findings across the organization to facilitate business transformation.
  • Assess the efficiency of these platforms to ensure standard methodologies are chosen and implemented.
  • Introduce innovative tools and formats to encourage knowledge sharing around transformation efforts, ensuring learning formats are engaging and impactful.

Management Support

  • Provide expert support to management on the development and implementation of customized learning solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between regional and central teams to test and provide feedback on new solutions and tools.

Team Development

  • Lead and motivate your team to foster continuous professional growth and a culture of learning.
  • Offer regular feedback and coaching to ensure your team is continuously developing and contributing to organizational success.
  • Create a culture of upskilling and knowledge sharing within your team.

Practices & Procedures

  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ensuring all learning materials and programs align with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to training, development, and new initiatives.
  • Keep your team informed of relevant policy updates and ensure 100% adherence to company practices.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales capability development, with a proven record of delivering impactful learning strategies in global or multinational environments.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing learning programs for sales teams, with strong knowledge of modern instructional design and capability-building methodologies.
  • Experience in FMCG or a related industry is a plus.
  • Strong forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to define and implement learning strategies that anticipate future business needs.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build partnerships
  • A data-driven approach to learning, applying insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and value.
  • A passion for driving cultural transformation and building hard-working teams.
  • Must be willing to travel from time to time
