Learning & Development Specialist Job at Prudent HR Solutions

• Our client, a leading property company, is seeking a proactive and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to join their team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), while supporting learning adoption within a fast-paced project environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on L&D professional with strong facilitation, LMS administration, and digital learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis aligned to business and project requirements
• Develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning content
• Create learner guides, training material, and quick reference tools
• Facilitate training sessions and ongoing refresher workshops
• Support change adoption initiatives during system and process roll outs
• Manage LMS administration, reporting, and learner tracking
• Continuously improve learning content and delivery methods

Requirements
Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in HR, Training & Development, Education, or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development
• Experience with LMS administration and digital learning tools
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Canva, Scribe, and LMS platforms

Advantageous

• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)
• ETDP Facilitator Accreditation
• Exposure to change management methodologies such as Prosci
