Lecturer: Electrical Engineering x2 Job at Cape Peninsula University of Technology

Job Purpose

• The person will be required to lecture subjects on the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• A Masters qualification in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with expertise in embedded systems or software engineering. All underpinning qualifications must be in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• At least 2 years lecturing experience at the higher education level or 2 years related industry experience or a combination of the two.
• Evidence of incorporating teaching & learning and research & innovation outcomes into academic project.
• Must be registered with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist.

• Preparation and lecturing of courses for the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
