Lecturer – Human Resources Management needed at University of Limpopo

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology. 
• A minimum of two years’ teaching experience at tertiary institution. 
• Demonstrable interest in research. 
• Ability to work together in a team context. 

Duties:

• Teach at least three of the following modules: Labour Relations, Career Management, Work Behaviour, Behaviour Measurement, Consumer Behaviour, Training Management and/ or Organisational Behaviour. 
• Contribute to the research environment within the department’s research profile. 
• Participate in department research and third stream activities. 
• Participate in and perform designated community engagement duties.
