- A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology.
- A minimum of two years’ teaching experience at tertiary institution.
- Demonstrable interest in research.
- Ability to work together in a team context.
Duties:
- Teach at least three of the following modules: Labour Relations, Career Management, Work Behaviour, Behaviour Measurement, Consumer Behaviour, Training Management and/ or Organisational Behaviour.
- Contribute to the research environment within the department’s research profile.
- Participate in department research and third stream activities.
- Participate in and perform designated community engagement duties.
