Job Requirements

Lecturer

• Master's degree in Youth in Development. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at a tertiary institution or 5 years of professional working experience in the relevant field. A strong theoretical background in the field of Youth in Development. Publications in peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed journals will serve as an added advantage. Must have the ability to manage workload and possess efficient administration skills. Ability to deliver teaching in ways that stimulate, engage, and inspire students to learn.

DUTIES

• The successful candidate will teach at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Supervise Honours and Master's students. Assist the department in developing and improving its curriculum. Publishing in an accredited journal. Conduct community engagement. To teach using E-learning/online resources/platforms
