Key responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the organisation on various matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist in dispute resolution, compliance, and risk management
- Support the management team in decision-making from a legal perspective
- Prepare reports, and documentation as required
- Ensure the organisation operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
