Main purpose / objective of the position:
The main purpose of this role is to:

• Assist with the successful delivery of an integrated Facilities Management solution to the client in line with the Service Level Agreement.
• Perform loading zone activities

Decision making authority:

• Decision making is limited and specific. None additional to those taught to the incumbent are required to perform the job.
• Work within a framework of existing policies and guidelines/client mandates

Experience / Education:

• GR12 or equivalent and at least 1 year’s relevant experience.

Skills required:

• Administration skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Client service orientated
• Computer literacy (MS Office- Word, Excel)

Knowledge required:

• Company systems and procedures
• Client systems and procedures
• Knowledge of administrative procedures relating to issuing, receiving and handling of goods.
• Knowledge of Loading Zone operations and activities
• Supplier operations (Waltons, CourierIt, etc)
• Mail Sorting and Distribution Processes.
• Operating of Loading Bay Equipment (forklift).
