Logistic Assistant needed at iMasFinance

Key Responsibilities:

Courier Services:

• Ensure the prompt delivery and collection of documents on designated days.
• Timely delivery and collection of internal post and packages.
• Drop-off and pick-up of directors and officials as needed.

Fleet Management:

• Manage scheduling and allocation of vehicles for various purposes.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and pre-trip inspections.
• Oversee insurance claims for fleet vehicles and manage vehicle data using Fleetio.

Car Wash Facility Management:

• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of car wash facilities.
• Manage relationships with car wash service providers.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Timely collection and delivery of documents.
• Efficient fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
• High levels of customer satisfaction with car wash services.

Qualifications:

• Matric (essential).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a messenger or in a similar role in a formal office environment (essential).

Competencies:

• Valid Code B or EB Driver’s License (essential).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Knowledge of vehicle operations and maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to cope under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Service-oriented and team player.
