Requirements    

  • DEGREE/DIPLOMA in relevant field
  • 2+ years relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level within FMCG
  • Experience working with management level
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Experience with Warehouse Quality Control methods and procedures – Raw material & Packaging
  • Understanding of Dairy manufacturing methods and procedures – Advantageous
  • Business English: Fluent
  • Computer literacy (Intermediate – Advanced)

Duties and Responsibilities    

  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Ensure data/transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Clover accounting system 
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests 
  • Liaise with Costing Clerk and Buyer regarding the GRNI and PPV Reports 
  • Ensure return documentation eg. containers/pallet counts are captured 
  • Capture and ensure that transactions on LX systems take place 
  • Monitor and control stock (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Monitor, administer and coordinate all stock movements (receive, transfer, dispatch and administer stock on hand on Raw, Packaging as well as Finished Goods) 
  • Adhere to stock functions in accordance within Clover processes and procedures 
  • Assist with stock counts 
  • Do cycle counts (daily, weekly & monthly) – capture detail as received from Co-Packers and team 
  • Monitor the quality of receiving stock eg. raw and packaging material according to relevant standards (eg. expiry date is systems) 
  • Report on all stock related issues 
  • Oversee outbound logistics (
  • Ensure accurate stock captures (ERMS and WMS) 
  • Ensure that invoices and reconciliations are done 
  • Ensure that stock counts and adjustments and investigations actioned when required
  • Manage CHEP pallets (orders and transfers)
