Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Digital Business Strategy:
- Be part of development of the Logistics T1 and T2 Digital Business Strategy
- Ensure direct link of the above Strategy, and the Zone Transformation Strategy
- Break down the Strategy into specific executable projects
- Develop detailed tracking process for the respective projects
Customer and stakeholder engagement:
- Ensure specific customer and stakeholder routine implemented (linked to Agile framework)
- Tracking and monitoring project and routine adherence and effectiveness
- Tracking and monitoring of stakeholder engagement and adherence
Process definition and enhancement:
- Identification and development of key as-is processes, through detailed process mapping
- Identification of process optimisation, through development of to-be processes (including task improvements through digital improvements)
- Key use of the to-be process maps during the development and execution of the projects
Technology:
- Identification of key OEM’s for possible solutions
- Solid interactions with key system OEM’s, and identifying OEM functionality to the to-be processes
- Ensure critical SME’s to support the respective OEM’s solutions
Data and Analytics:
- Develop report specifications, based on customer requirements
- Identify development team RACI’s per projects
- Ensure routines with developers (if required)
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Software Development, or Logistics.
- 3–5 years of operational or planning experience in FMCG.
- Experience in Project Management is essential.
- Experience in software and BI development.
