Omni-Channel Education & Training:

  • Deliver Engaging Training Programs: Conduct dynamic training sessions for salon professionals, both in-person and online, covering product knowledge, application techniques, latest trends, and brand identity for [Brand Name(s)].
  • Drive Sales through Education: Empower stylists with the knowledge and skills to confidently recommend and retail L’Oréal products, directly contributing to sales growth in their salons.
  • Tailored Learning Experiences: Provide personalized coaching and follow-up support to salon partners, adapting training content to meet their specific business needs.
  • Champion New Product Launches: Excite and educate salon partners on new product launches and innovations, maximizing adoption and retail success.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Cultivate strong relationships with salon owners and stylists, becoming a go-to resource for product and industry expertise.

RETAIL EDUCATION 

  • RETAIL EDUCATION ROADMAP Defines and deploys the retail education action plan based on key education KPIs and provides strategic recommendations to drive retail sell out
  • RETAIL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE – Collaborates with customers’ teams to guarantee the customization & implementation of training courses, taking their needs into account- Creates Retail Education contents if not provided by DMI or Global team already
  • Manages the budget of retail education (trips, gifts …) and training tools – Reacts to business opportunities and challenges to maximize sales opportunities while keeping brand identity
  • Retail COLLABORATION: Ensures the best 360º strategy for the retailer – Leverages divisional, brand cooperation to improve the efficiency of retail education expertise.

DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM ANIMATION:

  • Perfect execution of Global & local education coordinating the different touch points of the online eco-system in line with brands equity
  • Designs & deploys the education social media strategy
  • Manages the local ACCESS account, defines & coordinates the best ACCESS UX to boost activation, frequency & completion
  • Deploy the CRM strategy to maximize activation, conversion and collect behavioural data B2B, Secures the drive to/from LPS/ACCESS flow

CONTENT MONITORING: With support of the digital team

  • Deploys Education content strategy by O+O touch points
  • Creates effective education formats & content – Feeds innovation & trends

KEY ACCOUNT AND INDIRECT EDUCATION:

  • DEPLOYS EDUCATION STRATEGY – Negotiates the education offer with national / regional structured customers in collaboration with regional managers. 
  • Analyses the needs of these customers in order to create an O+O education plan tailored to their needs and strategy, in collaboration with the brands/activation managers.
  • Is responsible for training initiatives for national / regional clients
  • Spokesperson for structured client education on the Education Committee
  • COLLABORATION – Participates in the development of national/ regional clients specific PPD contents with the brands’ content managers
  • Works in collaboration with the Education Manager

Business Development & Partnership:

  • Identify High-Potential Salons: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to identify and onboard new salon partners who align with L’Oréal Professionnel values and growth strategies.
  • Develop Strong Salon Partnerships: Nurture existing relationships through consistent communication, tailored training programs, and ongoing support.
  • Elevate Salon Standards: Promote and uphold brand image standards within partner salons, ensuring a consistent and premium client experience.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously expand knowledge of hairdressing techniques, industry trends, and competitive products to provide cutting-edge education.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  •  Accompanies regional managers in their team management: strategy optimization, planning. 
  • Provides ongoing & timely performance & development feedback to each education team member. 
  • Ensures development plan of the team

DEPLOYS EDUCATION STRATEGY – On technical & business Skills

  • Ensures education is monetized & delivering all targets
  • Consolidates academy(ies)& schools management & ensures their profitability

PERFORMANCE 

  • Is responsible for the revenues generated by technical & business education
  • Manages GTM
  • Key indicators: improve education efficiency, more salons educated vs segmentation. 
  • Manages performance & implement database management & tracking to quantify & analyse the education sessions carried out by the brands.

Technical/Professional & Personal Competencies Required:

  • Passion for Beauty: Genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a desire to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Proven Hairdressing Expertise: Strong technical skills and experience as a licensed hairstylist, with a deep understanding of color, cut, styling, and product application.
  • Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to diverse audiences, both large and small.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Understanding of salon operations, retail sales strategies, and the ability to translate product knowledge into business results.
  • Digital Fluency: Comfortable using technology and online platforms for training delivery, communication, and reporting.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can build strong relationships with colleagues and salon partners.

Minimum Experience required and not limited to:

  • Managing a team of Educators/ Stylists / Beauty consultants 
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the professional hair products retail, salon and distribution sector 
  • Full technical experience in hairdressing at tertiary level. 
  • Existing relationships within the salon, retail, business and distribution segment 
  • Fully computer literate in MS Office 
  • Digital presence on all social media platforms within the hairdressing sector
